I think its fair to say that 2020 is not what anyone was expecting so it is really enjoyable to be opening a new page on a new year. Like a lot of people, I am entering the year gently and not setting many expectations for the year.
Plannerwise, I’m at a bit of a loss really. I am one of the people who got caught in the Passion Planner shipping issues so my planner hasn’t arrived. I’d ordered the spiral at launch but decided that it wouldn’t withstand the beating I would give it during the year. The slightly different sizing also through me a little bit. Also in my mind is the fact that during 2020, I came to the conclusion that I just need to use the planner the suits me at that moment in time.
Things that are certain though is that I want to focus on balance for this year. Balance is my word of the year and focusing on trying to have a balance in where my time is spent and a balance on the things I do. With this in mind for January, I am starting with Wellness Wednesdays where I create content specifically related to wellness in my life. I’ve found that committing myself to do things (and writing them in my planner) means I pay a little more attention to actually seeing it through. I think this focus is enough for now. I would rather add more if needed than lose focus by having too much.
